The "Twin Wineries" is a German-Israeli initiative intended to promote inter-cultural dialogue, much like the "Twin Cities" concept but revolving around winemakers and the love of wine. A German winery and an Israeli winery form a loose partnership and exchange knowledge and thoughts, visit each other’s winery and country and meet at wine fairs. Identical German-Hebrew signs displayed at each winery attest to the partnership. |
